No. OrthoRecords is self-serve — there are no implementation, onboarding, or training fees. You sign up, set up your practice in the onboarding wizard, and start working. Your monthly plan is the only cost.
What are AI credits?
AI features (case review, second opinion, cephalometric tracing, photo enhancement, insurance narratives, and ceph summaries) each cost a small number of credits per run. Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance; you can top up anytime, and nothing runs without you asking.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes — you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your clinical data is always yours to export.
Do I need to replace my practice management system?
